  • 10-7 Torr high vacuum capability
  • Chamber temperature capability up to 300 degrees Celsius
  • Electron beam, ion beam, and thermal evaporation sources
  • Tavg > 98% - Ravg < 0.4% @ 3.6–4.9 µm on Ge, Si, and CaF2 substrates
